Our operational philosophy has been cultivated to meet specific goals set forth from our inception in 1988.

Advanced Reporting and Technology

RHP Properties utilizes the latest real estate software reporting systems, generates expert financial and management reports, and employees in-house accountants and CPAs to ensure the accuracy of our operational data.

Our dedicated IT staff is continually updating our systems to streamline our flow of data, which gives us the ability to act quickly and decisively. Our real time reporting capabilities provide valuable management tools that extend from our Chief Operating Officer to Regional Mangers and on into the field to our Community Mangers.


The Newbury Rewards Program

To promote resident involvement in their communities, long-term lease loyalty, and neighborhood beautification, RHP has created the Newbury Rewards Program.

The Newbury Rewards Program rewards residents for a variety of criteria, including:

  • Timely rent payments
  • Resident referrals
  • Home site of the month

In addition, RHP Properties sends our residents special Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Anniversary of Residence correspondence to show our appreciation of them and for their continued efforts to make our communities great places to live.
