Additionally, RHP owns and manages a large apartment community portfolio in Michigan, and industrial properties throughout Florida. Newbury Management Services has a highly defined operational path, efficient analytical systems and processes in place for professional management and turnaround management services for manufactured home communities. Our staff of over 400 employees, including top level CPAs, Information Technology and Management Professionals, have proven experience that has made RHP Properties and Newbury Management Services one of the largest owners and managers of manufactured home communities in the United States.

Our real time reporting capabilities provide valuable management tools that extend from our Chief Operating Officer to Regional Mangers and on into the field to our Community Mangers.

The Newbury Rewards Program
To promote resident involvement in their communities, long-term lease loyalty, and neighborhood beautification, RHP has created the Newbury Rewards Program.
The Newbury Rewards Program rewards residents for a variety of criteria, including:

In addition, RHP Properties sends our residents special Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Anniversary of Residence correspondence to show our appreciation of them and for their continued efforts to make our communities great places to live.
