Newbury Management Services has a highly defined operational path, efficient analytical systems and processes in place for professional management and turnaround management services for manufactured home communities. Our staff of over 400 employees, including top level CPAs, Information Technology and Management Professionals, have proven experience that has made RHP Properties and Newbury Management Services one of the largest owners and managers of manufactured home communities in the United States.

NMS is an industry leader in stabilizing assets and creating value to our institutional clients. Our proven methods for managing our own properties have provided a platform for cost effective, high quality receivership services that excel at negating physical and financial waste, while creating value in the asset. These factors have enabled us to maintain strong relationships with courts and clients alike.
Advanced Reporting and Technology
RHP Properties utilizes the latest real estate software reporting systems, generates expert financial and management reports, and employees in-house accountants and CPAs to ensure the accuracy of our operational data.
Our dedicated IT staff is continually updating our systems to streamline our flow of data, which gives us the ability to act quickly and decisively. Our real time reporting capabilities provide valuable management tools that extend from our Chief Operating Officer to Regional Mangers and on into the field to our Community Mangers.

The Newbury Rewards Program
To promote resident involvement in their communities, long-term lease loyalty, and neighborhood beautification, RHP has created the Newbury Rewards Program.
The Newbury Rewards Program rewards residents for a variety of criteria, including:

- Home site of the month
In addition, RHP Properties sends our residents special Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Anniversary of Residence correspondence to show our appreciation of them and for their continued efforts to make our communities great places to live.
